What we collect

When you request a Radar Snapshot we collect your business name, website, business address, type of business, your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number.

How we use it

• To run your AI visibility audit: we send questions about your type of business and area to AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude) and read publicly available information about your business and competitors.
• To send you your results and contact you about them, as you agreed on the form.

We don't sell your information, and we don't add your details to questions sent to AI assistants; the questions never name your business.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through our form provider. Audit questions are processed by the AI providers named above and by a mapping service used to find nearby businesses. Reports are stored on our systems and emailed to our team.

How long we keep it

We keep your request and results for as long as needed to provide the service and follow up with you, or until you ask us to delete them.
